We are seeking a Packaged/SaaS App Engineering Lead to champion the design and ongoing enhancement of packaged or SaaS solutions. This role involves guiding configuration, integration, and release management, while establishing crucial platform standards.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring the stability and performance of our solutions, ensuring they align with both business objectives and vendor specifications. You will play a key part in balancing technical necessities with operational demands.

Lead the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS applications. Oversee system configuration, integrations, and release processes. Define and enforce platform standards for stability and performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business and vendor constraints. Optimize system configurations and integration workflows. Monitor and evaluate platform performance, recommending improvements. Guide and support junior team members.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC) is essential. Demonstrated proficiency in SAP GRC, including configuration and management. Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and enterprise compliance requirements. Experience designing and implementing integration strategies for SAP GRC. Familiarity with release management processes and tools. Excellent problem-solving abilities focused on system stability and performance. A 15-year full-time education is required.
