Seeking a Packaged/SaaS App Engineering Lead to spearhead the design and ongoing development of packaged or SaaS solutions. This role involves comprehensive oversight of configurations, integrations, and release cycles, establishing robust platform standards that ensure stability, optimal performance, and adherence to business and vendor requirements.

The position demands a deep understanding of ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB), along with a proven ability to manage integrations and optimize platform configurations. You will be instrumental in driving the evolution of our cloud-based solutions and maintaining high standards for system stability and efficiency.

As an Engineering Lead, you will independently drive platform initiatives and become a subject matter expert. Key responsibilities include actively contributing to team discussions, providing innovative solutions to complex challenges, and leading efforts to optimize configurations and integrations for enhanced system performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless release management and deployment, while also mentoring junior team members to foster their professional development and knowledge acquisition.

The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 3 years of experience, with a strong focus on ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Essential skills include a firm grasp of configuration management principles and best practices within ServiceNow environments, alongside experience in managing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems. Demonstrated ability in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable platform standards is crucial. Familiarity with release management processes and tools is also required. A commitment to delivering effective technical solutions through excellent problem-solving skills is paramount. A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
