Join Accenture as a Packaged App Development Senior Analyst and be a key player in our Reinvention Deployment Engineering (RDE) approach. RDE is designed to accelerate engineering and R&D solutions by blending human expertise with AI-driven agents.

This role focuses on enhancing innovation velocity, streamlining processes, and reducing time-to-market for products and services. You will contribute to a value-driven mindset, where human insights guide ethical guardrails and AI agents manage scale and data-driven execution. As an RDE-Fullstack Developer, you will design, build, test, and deploy enterprise-grade fullstack applications that support Accenture Operations' AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

Develop robust application modules utilizing .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Web API, and SQL Server. Build efficient REST APIs, microservices, and reusable backend services adhering to clean coding principles. Create and maintain sophisticated frontend components with a focus on responsive UI, effective state management, and accessibility standards.

Support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, manage Git repositories, and facilitate Docker-based packaging and deployment activities. Write comprehensive unit tests, diligently debug defects, assist with integration testing, and collaborate with senior developers to ensure production readiness.

A strong foundation in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Web API, and enterprise application development is essential. Proficiency in frontend technologies like React (preferred), Angular, or Blazor, along with expertise in designing and building REST APIs and microservices, is required.

Experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, and LINQ, alongside knowledge of Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Docker, is crucial. You should be comfortable working with cloud deployment concepts and capable of independently managing assigned modules within a POD-based delivery model. Strong problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills are expected.
