RDE emphasizes value-driven development, with humans setting objectives and AI agents handling execution. This role will design, build, test, and deploy enterprise-grade fullstack applications that support Accenture Operations' AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

We are seeking individuals with strong .NET/C# engineering skills, frontend development experience, and knowledge of APIs, microservices, database design, cloud technologies (Azure), and DevOps practices. The role involves agile collaboration within PODs, focusing on backend, frontend, APIs, cloud deployment, security, and integration.

- Support the development of .NET/C# applications, including minor enhancements, unit testing, and defect resolution. - Assist with frontend development tasks using React, Angular, or Blazor, working under senior guidance. - Write basic SQL queries, aid in data validation, and contribute to API testing. - Maintain essential documentation, participate in code reviews, and adhere to Git-based development workflows. - Develop a foundational understanding of REST APIs, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding principles.

- Proficient in C#, .NET, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, data structures, and debugging. - Possess a basic understanding of ASP.NET, Web API, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks. React is preferred, with Angular as an acceptable alternative. - Familiarity with SQL Server, including the ability to write simple queries. Entity Framework and LINQ knowledge is beneficial. - Understanding of Git, software development lifecycle fundamentals, testing methodologies, and documentation standards. - Demonstrated learning agility and the capacity to thrive in a POD-based delivery environment. - Experience with Azure services (App Service, AKS, Azure Functions), Docker, Kubernetes, and Git is highly valued. Azure DevOps experience is strongly preferred. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery practices, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.
