As a Package Consultant specializing in Workday Talent Management, you will be instrumental in implementing and supporting the module for our clients. Your expertise will ensure seamless integration into their business environments, delivering tailored solutions that meet unique needs and objectives.

Key responsibilities include: - Strategic implementation planning. - Conducting detailed fit analyses to align system configuration with client requirements. - Configuring the Workday Talent Management module to match business goals. - Effectively resolving functional business and configuration issues across HR modules. - Providing essential post-implementation support to ensure client success.

We are seeking a professional with a Bachelor's Degree and 7-9 years of experience. Essential expertise includes a strong understanding of Workday Talent Management features and functionality, coupled with experience in implementation planning, system configuration, and issue resolution within HR modules.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's Degree and familiarity with various HR modules, along with proficiency in system testing. Prior experience with packaged solutions and consulting skills to integrate modules into client environments is highly valued.
