As a Workday Recruiting Package Consultant, you will be instrumental in implementing and supporting cloud-based recruiting solutions. Your core duties include conducting comprehensive fit analyses, meticulously gathering client requirements, designing and configuring the Workday system, performing thorough unit testing, and managing the seamless rollout of solutions. You will also provide essential post-implementation support and resolve critical configuration issues to ensure optimal system performance across various modules.

This role requires a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 7-9 years of experience. You should possess a strong understanding of cloud-based recruiting solutions, including fit analysis, requirements gathering, design, and configuration. Expertise in the Workday Recruiting module is essential, along with proven experience in configuration, troubleshooting functional and configuration issues within recruiting and onboarding modules, and system implementation and support.
