As a Package Consultant, your focus will be on Workday HCM and Compensation. You'll apply your consulting skills and solution expertise to tailor the system to client needs, playing a vital role in implementing and supporting Workday's core HCM and compensation modules.

Configure and implement Workday core HCM and core compensation modules, ensuring seamless integration and functionality tailored to client business requirements.

Conduct thorough fit analysis and gather requirements to meticulously plan implementations that align with client objectives.

Proactively identify and resolve configuration and functional issues across various core HCM and compensation modules, delivering timely and effective solutions.

Provide comprehensive post-implementation support, addressing client inquiries and concerns to ensure sustained system effectiveness.

Execute rigorous unit testing to validate that the configured system meets all client requirements and is free from defects.

Demonstrated exposure to configuring and implementing Workday core HCM modules, including setup and integration.

Solid understanding of core compensation concepts and practices, with hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Workday core compensation modules.

Proven experience in planning and conducting fit analysis for successful Workday HCM and core compensation module implementations.

Experience in identifying and resolving configuration and functional issues across core HCM and compensation modules.

Familiarity with conducting unit testing to ensure system compliance with client requirements and quality standards.

Bachelor's Degree is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
