As a Workday HCM & Compensation Package Consultant, your primary focus will be on configuring and implementing core Workday modules. This includes conducting thorough fit analysis to align system capabilities with client objectives and meticulously gathering requirements.

You will be responsible for resolving complex configuration and functional issues across various HCM and compensation modules, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Post-implementation, you will provide ongoing support, addressing client inquiries and making necessary adjustments to guarantee sustained system effectiveness. A critical part of your role involves performing comprehensive unit testing to validate that the configured system aligns with client needs and remains defect-free.

We seek a professional with a Bachelor's Degree and 7-9 years of experience in Workday HCM and Compensation implementation.
