Join IBM Consulting as a Package Consultant, specializing in Workday HCM and Compensation. As a Workday HCM & Compensation Package Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

- Configuring Workday core HCM and compensation modules to align with client requirements. - Conducting thorough fit analysis and planning implementations for seamless integration. - Identifying and resolving functional and configuration issues across modules. - Providing post-implementation support and ensuring ongoing system effectiveness. - Performing comprehensive unit testing to validate system functionality and quality.

We are seeking candidates with:

- A Bachelor's Degree and 6-7 years of experience. - Proven experience in configuring and implementing Workday core HCM modules. - Strong understanding of core compensation concepts and Workday configuration. - Expertise in implementation planning and conducting fit analysis. - Proficiency in troubleshooting configuration and functional issues. - Experience with unit testing and quality assurance processes.

Preferred qualifications include Workday Reporting skills, familiarity with cloud-based HCM solutions, and a solid understanding of HR business processes. A Master's Degree is considered a plus.
