As a Package Consultant specializing in Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll, you will leverage your expertise to implement and optimize Workday's human capital management solutions for our diverse clientele. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless integration, adherence to policies, and exceptional system performance, driving meaningful client impact and innovation within our FutureNow Centers.

In this impactful role, you will lead the design and configuration of efficient time management processes, ensuring accurate recording and leave management. You will also set up and manage complex payroll structures, ensuring compliance with global regulations and client-specific policies. Furthermore, you will implement robust absence management strategies and conduct engaging workshops and training sessions for end-users. Post-implementation support, including data validation and troubleshooting, will be a key aspect of ensuring smooth system operations and client satisfaction.

A Bachelor's Degree is required, with a Master's Degree being preferred. Essential expertise includes familiarity with Workday HCM solutions, particularly Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules. You should possess a strong understanding of modern time tracking methodologies, global payroll regulations, and absence management best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills for system configuration and troubleshooting are crucial. Exposure to modern time tracking tools and advanced problem-solving capabilities are considered advantageous.
