Lead technical implementation and architecture for OutSystems ODC applications, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards. Translate business requirements into detailed technical plans and solution designs. Govern architecture by validating technical decisions and ensuring modularity. Remain hands-on with critical development, complex integrations, and performance optimization. Establish and enforce coding standards, code reviews, and quality gates. Proactively manage technical risks and security exposures. Design and implement REST APIs and enterprise integrations. Mentor developers, provide technical direction, and support delivery management with estimations and risk assessments. Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD, and release management processes. Lead incident management, root-cause analysis, and ensure accurate technical documentation.

Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience. Possess at least 6 years of OutSystems development experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a technical leadership capacity. Expertise in OutSystems ODC and OutSystems 11 is essential, along with strong experience in designing and developing Reactive Web applications. Proficiency in solution architecture, reusable components, and integrations is required. Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, REST APIs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the .NET ecosystem is beneficial. Experience with DevOps practices, Agile methodologies, and technical governance is necessary. OutSystems certifications are preferred.
