We are seeking an experienced Oracle GTM Consultant with a strong background in FTA/Trade Agreements. The role involves the comprehensive design, configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle GTM solutions, specifically focusing on duty programs, Rules of Origin (ROO), certificate management, and overall trade compliance. You will collaborate closely with Trade Compliance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and IT teams to ensure the highest levels of qualification accuracy, audit readiness, and effective duty savings.

This position offers the opportunity to drive critical improvements in global trade operations.

Lead the entire implementation lifecycle for Oracle GTM Trade Agreements (FTA) functionality, meticulously managing trade agreement attributes, partner regions, effective dating, and all configuration aspects.

Develop and execute robust FTA qualification strategies that are perfectly aligned with both business objectives and regulatory mandates.

Configure and accurately interpret complex ROO rules, including Tariff Shift, RVC, de minimis, and process rules, while performing BOM-based qualification for both manufactured and procured products.

Manage requalification processes triggered by changes in BOM, suppliers, or regulatory landscapes.

Develop and maintain accurate Trade Item Structures (BOMs), ensuring precise HS classifications, country of origin data, and RVC inputs.

Support the management of supplier declarations and certificates, overseeing origin statements, Certificates of Origin, and critical traceability information.

Integrate Oracle GTM seamlessly with ERP, logistics, and customs systems, and provide support for preferential program application during shipments and audits.

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle GTM, encompassing both Cloud and On-Premise solutions.

Proven expertise in the FTA/Trade Agreements module, coupled with a deep understanding of ROO and preferential duty programs.

Possess a strong grasp of trade concepts, BOM qualification methodologies, and cost/value calculations.

Familiarity with global trade compliance principles, HS classification, and origin determination processes is essential.
