Seeking a Techno-Functional Consultant with extensive Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and working knowledge of Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM). This role focuses on providing L2/L3 Application Management Services (AMS) support for a global supply chain client in the US. You will be instrumental in executing configurations, managing minor customizations, and resolving both functional and technical challenges within a 24x7 support framework. Collaboration with business, ERP, and middleware teams is essential.

Deliver L2/L3 AMS support for Oracle OTM and GTM applications. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, both functional and technical. Perform OTM configurations, implement enhancements, and handle minor customizations. Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests efficiently, adhering to SLAs. Conduct thorough root cause analysis (RCA) to support the implementation of preventive solutions. Provide support to global users and actively participate in shift-based production support calls.

Demonstrate hands-on experience with OTM extensibility, including Agents, Agent Actions, and Business Rules. Possess expertise in security, roles, and access control, along with integration with Oracle, ERP Cloud, and legacy/on-prem ERP systems. Effectively decode and troubleshoot integrations utilizing SOA, Boomi, and REST/SOAP APIs. Showcase experience with ERP integrations, including JDE, Oracle EBS, and Oracle Cloud. Maintain a strong understanding of XML payloads, integration logs, and interface error handling mechanisms. Leverage middleware skills (OIC, SOA, OSB) for payload design, transformation, error handling, and reconciliation. Manage inbound/outbound OTM/GTM interfaces and perform data migration tasks. Engage in SaaS migrations, including data validation, reconciliation, and post-migration support, utilizing SQL skills.
