Seeking a skilled Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Technical Specialist to drive the design, development, configuration, and ongoing support of OTM solutions. This role involves close collaboration with business and functional teams to seamlessly integrate OTM with existing enterprise systems, optimize transportation processes, and deliver robust technical outcomes.

This position is based at our Birlasoft Office in Hinjawadi, Pune.

Key responsibilities include developing and supporting OTM configurations, extensions, integrations, and custom solutions. You will build and maintain integrations utilizing OTM XML, REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), or other middleware platforms. The role also involves developing and maintaining agents, automation, workflows, saved queries, reports, and data interfaces, while working with various inbound and outbound integration formats like XML, JSON, CSV, and EDI.

Troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing logs, and resolving performance and data problems are critical. You will also support deployments, environment refreshes, testing, and production releases, working closely with functional consultants, business users, and technical teams to translate requirements into effective solutions. Preparing technical designs, specifications, test plans, and support documentation, while adhering to development standards and ensuring solutions meet security, performance, and maintainability requirements, will be essential.
