Seeking a seasoned Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Functional Consultant with over 11 years of direct experience. This role requires deep expertise in transportation management, logistics operations, and successful Oracle OTM implementations. The ideal candidate will excel in OTM solution design, requirement analysis, process improvement, system setup, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

You will collaborate closely with business leaders, technical teams, and project management to deliver robust and scalable transportation and logistics solutions. This is an opportunity to leverage your extensive OTM knowledge to drive impactful improvements in supply chain operations.

Lead comprehensive Oracle OTM projects, including implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and support initiatives. Facilitate workshops to capture business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications. Configure and deploy critical OTM modules such as Order Management, Shipment Planning, Rate Management, Routing, Fleet Management, Tendering, Freight Settlement, and Visibility.

Develop optimized transportation and logistics solutions aligned with industry best practices. Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for process improvement and enhance supply chain efficiency. Create essential project documentation, including functional design documents (FDDs), configuration guides, test scripts, and training materials.

Coordinate with development teams for seamless integration with ERP, WMS, EBS, Cloud ERP, and external logistics systems. Provide support for data migration, system testing, SIT, UAT, and production rollouts. Address and resolve functional issues promptly during project execution and support phases. Mentor junior consultants and offer functional guidance to project teams. Foster strong relationships with business users, carriers, logistics providers, and other stakeholders.

Minimum of 11 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and logistics business processes. Proven track record in OTM solution design, requirement gathering, business process optimization, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support. Strong functional understanding of OTM modules including Order Management, Shipment Planning, Rate Management, Routing, Fleet Management, Tendering, Freight Settlement, and Visibility. Experience coordinating integrations with ERP, WMS, EBS, Cloud ERP, and third-party logistics systems. Familiarity with data migration, system testing, SIT, and UAT processes. Ability to troubleshoot functional issues and provide effective resolutions. Experience mentoring junior team members is a plus.
