Seeking an experienced OTM Consultant to manage key client projects with strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and Global Trade Management (GTM) applications. This role involves daily client interaction, project delivery oversight, and managing change requests, ensuring seamless project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will possess in-depth knowledge of OTM modules including Order Management, Shipment Management, Contract and Rate Management, and Trade Compliance. The position also requires proficiency in configuring OTM modules to meet business requirements, particularly for migration projects. Experience with financial aspects like Invoice Approval Rules and Match Rule Profiles is also essential.

Key responsibilities include configuring OTM modules, designing business requirements, and leading migration projects. You will create agents, saved queries, action checks, custom actions, and manage various OTM configurations. Managing quarterly upgrades for OTM & GTM, and integrating with enterprise systems like EBS, JDE, and SAP are also core duties.

You will be responsible for gathering customer requirements, understanding supply chain business processes, creating functional specifications, and guiding the technical team. This includes preparing test data, conducting internal and user acceptance testing (UAT), supporting go-live, and maintaining project documentation. Driving status reports and coordinating administrative processes with stakeholders and internal teams are critical functions.

Demonstrated expertise in OTM and GTM modules, encompassing Order Management, Shipment Management, Contract and Rate Management, Business Process Automation, Configuration and Administration, Financials, and Trade Compliance. Proficiency in creating agents, saved queries, action checks, custom actions, screensets, manager layouts, and workbenches is expected.

Strong understanding of financial rules, including Invoice Approval Rules and Match Rule Profiles, is necessary. Experience with OTM & GTM quarterly upgrades and integrations with systems such as EBS, JDE, and SAP is required. The role demands excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with technical and non-technical audiences. Strategic and tactical thinking, coupled with cross-functional team coordination in a matrix environment, is vital.
