A seasoned Oracle Cloud Transportation Management (OTM) Functional Consultant and Senior Analyst is sought to design, build, and configure applications. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing robust solutions that address intricate business processes within transportation and logistics.

Key responsibilities include meticulously gathering and analyzing business requirements for transportation and logistics operations, conducting stakeholder workshops to identify current challenges, and translating these needs into detailed functional specifications.

This role involves configuring core OTM modules such as order management, shipment planning, execution, and freight settlement. You will also be responsible for setting up business rules, agents, workflows, rates, contracts, and carrier setups, along with preparing comprehensive functional design documents.

Furthermore, you will actively participate in end-to-end OTM implementations and enhancements, support system setup, testing, and deployment activities, and assist with data preparation and migration. Developing and executing test cases for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validating system functionality, and supporting defect resolution are also crucial aspects of this role.

You will serve as a vital liaison between business users and technical teams, offering functional guidance throughout the design and development phases. Conducting user training sessions and creating user documentation will ensure effective adoption and utilization of the OTM system. Post-go-live support, identifying process improvement opportunities, and assisting with system enhancements and upgrades are essential for ongoing optimization.

Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder interaction abilities. A proven capacity to understand and document business processes, along with strong team collaboration and adaptability, is essential.

Expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) functionalities, including transportation planning, routing, execution, freight rating, carrier management, and settlement, is a must. Experience in configuring OTM agents, workflows, business rules, rates, and contracts, along with basic knowledge of OTM data structures, is required.

Familiarity with integrations with ERP, WMS, and external systems, along with basic knowledge of XML and data interfaces, is expected. Experience with Agile or waterfall project methodologies, testing processes (SIT, UAT), and basic SQL knowledge for data validation will be advantageous.

Candidates should have 5-7 years of relevant experience and hold a Graduate degree in any stream. Exposure to upstream and downstream ERP applications like order management and warehouse management is considered a plus.
