Seeking a skilled OTC Consultant to provide expert functional support for SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) modules across SAP ECC and S/4HANA. This role is crucial for maintaining seamless business operations, focusing on issue resolution, implementing enhancements, and driving continuous improvement within the order-to-cash lifecycle.

Collaborate with diverse teams to analyze business needs, translate them into actionable insights, and deliver robust SAP solutions that align with company objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP SD functionalities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Provide comprehensive application support and manage business processes for the order-to-cash (OTC) cycle. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents effectively, conducting root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues. Monitor critical system components like IDocs, batch jobs, and interfaces. Offer end-to-end support for SD processes including Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Shipping, Billing, Credit Management, Returns, and Rebates.

Engage with business users to understand operational challenges and develop innovative solutions. Create detailed functional specifications for enhancements, reports, and integrations. Prepare test scenarios and conduct thorough unit, integration, and user acceptance testing. Maintain essential documentation, including SOPs and training materials, and support release management. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, PP, WM, CRM) and technical teams for integrated processes and interface support.

Configure SAP ECC and S/4HANA SD modules, including pricing structures, output determination, credit management, delivery and billing setups, and copy controls. Support custom developments by collaborating with ABAP teams. Contribute to S/4HANA transition projects, validating data migration objects such as customers, materials, pricing, and open orders. Adapt to S/4HANA innovations including the Business Partner concept, Advanced ATP, and Fiori apps for SD. Familiarity with simplified data models in S/4HANA is expected.
