NTT DATA is seeking a skilled OTC Consultant to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad, Telangana. This role focuses on providing comprehensive functional support for SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) across both SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.

As an integral part of our organization, you will ensure the seamless operation of business processes by resolving issues, implementing enhancements, and driving continuous improvement within the order-to-cash cycle. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions that align with our strategic business objectives.

Your primary responsibilities will involve troubleshooting and resolving incidents within the order-to-cash (OTC) processes, conducting root cause analysis for recurring issues, and monitoring critical system components like IDocs and batch jobs. You will support end-to-end SD processes, including order management, pricing, delivery, shipping, billing, and credit management.

Key tasks include documenting functional specifications, preparing test scenarios, and performing various testing phases (unit, integration, UAT). You will also maintain functional documentation, support release management, and coordinate with other SAP modules (FI, MM, PP, WM, CRM) and technical teams for integrated processes and interface support.

Furthermore, you will engage in SAP SD configuration within ECC and S/4HANA, focusing on areas like pricing, output determination, credit and partner management, and copy controls. Supporting custom developments (WRICEF objects) and assisting with S/4HANA migration activities, including data validation and adaptation to new S/4HANA features like Business Partner and Fiori apps, will also be crucial.

To excel in this role, a strong understanding of SAP SD functionalities and order-to-cash processes is essential. Experience with both SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments is required, along with proven abilities in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and functional configuration.

Familiarity with pricing, output determination, credit management, and delivery/billing configurations is necessary. The ability to support custom developments and work effectively with ABAP teams is also important. Experience with S/4HANA transitions, including data migration validation and adapting to new features, is highly beneficial.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills are needed to work effectively with business users and technical teams. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is expected for this position.
