This role is specifically within our Manufacturing & Operations Engineering community, focusing on permanent positions.

Lead presales initiatives, including RFP/RFI responses, solution architecture development, effort estimation, and commercial strategy. Present compelling win themes to executive-level stakeholders within the telecommunications sector.

Develop comprehensive end-to-end solution designs for critical OSS functions such as inventory management, service assurance, fault and performance monitoring, order fulfillment, and orchestration.

Architect new OSS solutions that adhere to TM Forum standards (ODA, eTOM, SID), encompassing vendor and tool selection, and establishing reference architectures.

Define and implement strategies for autonomous networks, focusing on closed-loop automation, intent-based orchestration, and zero-touch operations across OSS and network layers.

Spearhead the modernization of existing OSS systems and the migration of legacy platforms to target environments with minimal disruption to ongoing services in multi-vendor network settings.

Oversee inventory reconciliation, data migration, and cutover strategies for RAN, Core, Transport, and IP/Optical domains, including contingency planning.

Manage delivery governance for multi-year, multi-workstream programs, ensuring success in scope, schedule, risk, quality, and financial aspects.

Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the design, build, test, and operate phases, coordinating L1, L2, and L3 delivery teams effectively.

Establish and monitor program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), providing regular reports to steering committees and executive dashboards.

Proven expertise in leading presales engagements, encompassing RFP/RFI responses, solution architecture, effort estimation, and commercial shaping. Ability to present effectively to CxO/VP-level stakeholders.

Deep understanding and experience in end-to-end solution design for OSS components including inventory management, service assurance, fault/performance management, order fulfillment, and orchestration.

Experience architecting greenfield OSS stacks aligned with TM Forum ODA/eTOM/SID, including vendor and tooling selection and reference architecture creation.

Knowledge and experience in defining roadmaps for autonomous networks, covering closed-loop automation, intent-based orchestration, and zero-touch operations across OSS and network layers.

Proficiency in leading brownfield OSS modernization efforts and legacy-to-target platform migrations while ensuring minimal service disruption in multi-vendor environments.

Experience managing inventory reconciliation, data migration, and cutover strategies across RAN, Core, Transport, and IP/Optical domains, including rollback planning.

Strong capabilities in delivery governance for complex, multi-year programs, covering scope, schedule, risk, quality, and financials.

Ability to act as a single technical point of accountability and coordinate L1/L2/L3 delivery teams.

Experience in establishing and tracking program KPIs/SLAs, and preparing steering committee reports and executive dashboards.

Mentorship skills to guide solution/delivery leads and develop reusable accelerators, frameworks, and playbooks.
