Capgemini
Advance autonomous network operations by building robust OSS intelligence and AIOps capabilities. This role is central to enhancing inventory intelligence, alarm correlation, fault management, KPI modeling, data aggregation, and event processing across mobile, fixed, transport, cloud, and service domains.
Key contributions include developing AI-assisted operational workflows and ensuring service assurance through intelligent system design.
Design and implement cutting-edge OSS intelligence solutions to drive autonomous network operations. Build comprehensive inventory and topology models utilizing configuration, resource, service, and dependency data. Develop sophisticated workflows for alarm correlation, event enrichment, deduplication, suppression, root-cause analysis, and service impact assessment. Define and implement KPI aggregation and performance models across diverse network domains like RAN, Core, Transport, IP/MPLS, SD-WAN, Cloud, and OSS. Support critical AIOps use cases, including anomaly detection, incident prediction, event correlation, prioritization, and service impact analysis. Construct robust data pipelines that integrate EMS/NMS, inventory systems, assurance tools, telemetry platforms, ticketing systems, and log platforms. Seamlessly integrate OSS platforms with AI/ML, orchestration, automation, and event-driven systems. Implement TM Forum Open API integrations for efficient management of inventory, alarms, performance, service assurance, and trouble tickets. Enable closed-loop automation through operational state, topology context, fault insights, and KPI intelligence. Facilitate advanced AI/LLM, RAG, knowledge graph, and agentic AI use cases by leveraging OSS data. Establish rigorous data quality, reconciliation, governance, and service dependency models. Support graph-based topology modeling and digital twin initiatives.
