Beyond project delivery, you will actively participate in business development, thought leadership creation, proposal writing, and market research within the OWT portfolio, shaping the future of how organizations operate and manage their people.

- Deliver impactful workforce transformation projects for global clients by leveraging expertise in Organization Design, Workforce Planning, Leadership & Culture, and Talent Management. - Collaborate effectively with GDS teams and other EY member firms to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. - Contribute to capturing industry best practices and benchmarking organizational and process metrics to develop high-quality deliverables. - Uphold rigorous internal review processes to guarantee exceptional deliverable quality and positive client feedback. - Cultivate strong professional relationships and facilitate clear communication with clients and project counterparts across diverse global locations. - Support the advancement of thought leadership, collateral development, and innovative tools and methodologies to enhance our practice's capabilities and increase GDS visibility firm-wide.

- Possess 6-9 years of progressive, relevant professional experience. - Minimum of two years dedicated to Organization Design, Workforce Planning, and Talent Management. - Hold a Master's degree in HR, or a comparable full-time MBA/EMBA. - Demonstrate prior experience working within a consulting environment on global client engagements. - Proven ability to develop strategic points of view and craft compelling sales proposals for Organization Design and Talent Management initiatives. - Exhibit exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the capability to advise, challenge, and guide clients effectively. - High integrity, commitment, and a proactive approach to navigating challenging and evolving environments. - Strong analytical capabilities, cross-cultural awareness, and adaptability in dynamic settings. - Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required for client projects, adhering to EY and country-specific travel guidelines.
