Lead and expand the Organization and Workforce Transformation consulting practice by fostering strong relationships with global teams. Drive global client projects, ensuring exceptional quality, timeliness, and accuracy. Offer strategic and operational insights by collaborating with subject matter experts. Guide teams through various project phases, achieving key performance metrics for productivity, utilization, and growth. Maintain high operational efficiency by effectively managing engagement risks, project economics, and planning. Become a recognized internal advisor on OWT, strategic workforce planning, and talent management. Nurture team development through coaching, goal setting, and performance reviews. Develop thought leadership and innovative methodologies to enhance practice offerings.

A seasoned professional with 12–16 years of overall experience is sought, including a minimum of 8–10 years dedicated to organization design, workforce planning, leadership, culture, and talent management. Expertise in capacity planning, workforce management tools, and operational planning methodologies is essential. A full-time Master’s degree in HR or an equivalent MBA/EMBA is required. Proven experience in developing strategic points of view and sales proposals within organization design and talent management is necessary. The ability to manage large teams and multiple engagements concurrently is vital, alongside demonstrated leadership capabilities in collaborative and matrixed environments.
