This role involves leading large-scale transformation initiatives in Workforce Strategy and Talent Management. You will collaborate with senior clients to develop and implement integrated solutions across Talent Management Frameworks, Total Rewards, Leadership Development, Strategic Workforce Planning, and HR analytics.

Lead organization and workforce transformation projects, focusing on people strategy and talent management frameworks like competency management and career frameworks.

Deliver Total Rewards solutions, including compensation benchmarking and benefits strategy design.

Manage leadership assessment and development programs, alongside strategic workforce planning and HR analytics initiatives.

Facilitate client workshops and stakeholder sessions to ensure alignment and support transformation adoption. Develop thought leadership and reusable tools to enhance client solutions.

A strong foundation in Organization and Workforce Transformation, including people strategy, workforce planning, and talent management practices.

Expertise in Total Rewards, job evaluation, compensation benchmarking, and benefits strategy is essential.

Experience with psychometric assessments, competency frameworks, and talent assessment methodologies is required.

Proficiency in HR analytics, workforce planning, and data-driven decision-making approaches is crucial. Excellent project management skills are needed to handle multiple workstreams effectively.
