Join our Organization Change Management (OCM) Practice as a Senior Consultant, bringing 3-5 years of dedicated experience in driving organizational transformations. This role is pivotal in assisting clients adopt new processes, technologies, and work methodologies. You will be empowered to lead workstreams, cultivate strong stakeholder connections, and significantly contribute to client transformation journeys.

Spearhead change management strategies for large-scale transformation programs, particularly in Cloud ERP implementations (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft).

Conduct comprehensive stakeholder mapping, impact analyses, and readiness assessments to monitor adoption.

Develop and disseminate vital change communications, including newsletters and FAQs.

Coordinate change champion networks and facilitate ongoing engagement.

Track and report on key change performance indicators and adoption metrics.

Cultivate robust relationships with client stakeholders across business and technology.

Facilitate workshops and focus groups to gather insights and address concerns.

Prepare essential briefing materials and presentations for governance reviews.

Serve as a primary point of contact for change-related inquiries.

Support the creation of diverse training materials and coordinate all training logistics.

Assist in designing blended learning approaches to reinforce behavioral shifts.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field, with Business, Finance, or Supply Chain being advantageous.

Possess 4-5 years of practical experience in organizational change management, ideally within consulting or corporate settings.

Demonstrate working knowledge of either the ADKAR or PROSCI change management methodologies.

Familiarity with digital transformation, Cloud ERP projects, or supply chain change initiatives is a strong asset.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and familiarity with project management tools are essential.
