A seasoned Oracle WMS Principal Consultant is needed to lead complex warehouse management solutions. This role demands extensive experience in Oracle Warehouse Management Systems and a proven ability to engage in presales activities. The consultant will be instrumental in crafting, deploying, and supporting cutting-edge WMS solutions, while also contributing to business development through expert technical guidance and client interaction.

Key duties include spearheading end-to-end Oracle WMS implementations, meticulously analyzing business needs to engineer scalable solutions, and configuring/customizing WMS modules to precisely fit client requirements. The role also involves ensuring seamless integration with Oracle EBS and other supply chain modules, proactively troubleshooting issues to maintain system stability and optimal performance, and providing leadership throughout testing, deployment, and post-launch support phases.

Furthermore, responsibilities extend to defining robust solution architectures that align with business objectives, advocating for best practices in warehouse management, and ensuring solutions adhere to industry standards and Oracle's best-in-class functionalities. A crucial aspect involves actively participating in presales efforts, including responding to RFPs/RFIs, collaborating on proposal development and effort estimations, and delivering compelling client presentations and demos, thereby showcasing thought leadership during client engagements.

A minimum of 11 years of dedicated experience with Oracle WMS is essential for this role. Candidates must possess a strong command of core warehouse management processes, encompassing inbound logistics, outbound logistics, inventory control, and License Plate Number (LPN) management. Proven success in at least two to three full-lifecycle Oracle WMS implementations is a prerequisite, alongside a solid grasp of how Oracle Supply Chain modules integrate with the WMS.

Exposure to presales functions, such as crafting proposals, delivering product demonstrations, and providing accurate estimations, is highly valued. Exceptional analytical capabilities, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to effectively manage stakeholders are critical. The position is based onsite in Hinjawadi, Pune, India.
