Implement and configure Oracle TRCS solutions, translating business requirements into application designs. Configure metadata, dimensions, forms, dashboards, reports, and security settings. Design and develop tax provisioning and reporting processes. Perform data integration using Data Management/EPM Integration tools. Develop business rules, calculations, validations, and Smart View reports. Support tax close activities and troubleshoot production issues effectively. Collaborate closely with finance, tax, and IT stakeholders throughout project lifecycles. Execute SIT, UAT, and production deployments. Prepare comprehensive functional and technical documentation. Provide ongoing administration, maintenance, and production support for the Oracle TRCS application post go-live.

We are seeking professionals with a minimum of 3 years of experience, ideally within Oracle EPM, specifically with hands-on TRCS and experience in FCCS/EDMCS. A proven track record of at least one end-to-end TRCS implementation is essential. Strong consulting acumen and the ability to drive solutions independently are highly valued. Demonstrated knowledge of tax provisioning, deferred tax, and ETR reporting is required. Familiarity with TRCS, FCCS, Data Management, Smart View, and Calculation Manager is necessary. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a capacity for rapid learning, are expected. Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are crucial for stakeholder engagement.
