You will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring applications to align with business processes and evolving requirements. This role offers a significant opportunity to develop and implement cutting-edge solutions within the transportation and logistics domain.

Your responsibilities will encompass gathering and analyzing transportation and logistics requirements, conducting stakeholder workshops, and translating business needs into detailed functional specifications. You will configure key OTM modules, set up business rules, and prepare functional design documents. The role also involves participating in end-to-end OTM implementations, supporting system setup and testing, and validating functionality against business objectives. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, provide functional guidance, and deliver user training.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in any stream and 5-7 years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management. Essential skills include expertise in OTM functionalities, fleet management, and logistics network modeling. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills, are crucial. Familiarity with upstream and downstream ERP applications like order and warehouse management is highly advantageous. Experience with OTM configuration, including agents, workflows, and business rules, is expected. An understanding of system integrations and various project methodologies like Agile or Waterfall is also beneficial.
