As a key member of our team, you will spearhead the design, customization, and optimization of technology solutions across critical business domains like sales, marketing, e-commerce, supply chain, finance, and operations. You will collaborate with diverse EY groups to deliver technology engagements that bring client visions and strategies to life.

Key responsibilities include: - Developing comprehensive solution designs utilizing the full Zuora Billing product suite. - Ensuring proposed solution architectures align with and support stated business requirements. - Reviewing technical team deliverables against architecture standards and best practices. - Articulating diverse technological viewpoints and presenting architecture deliverables such as Ecosystem and Integration diagrams, ERDs, Business Process Flows, and mock-ups. - Demonstrating strong executive presence to effectively communicate with project sponsors, from CXO to end-users. - Providing expert-level services to Billing Partners.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree with 8-16 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in consulting and 2 years in project management leadership. A strong background in Quote-to-Cash processes within the Billing area is essential.

You should have enterprise-level experience as a Solution Architect or Business Consultant within a professional services organization, with a proven track record of delivering complex ERP, billing, revenue, procurement, or CRM solutions. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Demonstrated leadership in guiding client discussions and architecting solution value, alongside experience in requirements gathering, documentation, business analysis, systems design, integration, and UI design, are crucial. Familiarity with data analysis, conversion, migration, interfaces, and reporting, as well as gap analysis and blueprint development, is expected.

Proficiency in system design through configuration and/or customization, integration, testing, and support, coupled with end-to-end SDLC experience from client workshops to deployment and handover, is required. Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies is necessary. You must be a strong team player with excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively within a diverse, distributed team in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with accounting principles and the ability to converse with Finance teams is important. Familiarity with technical accounting and IFRS/ASC606 is advantageous. The ability to manage tasks across multiple projects concurrently is also required.

Ideally, you will also have a degree emphasis in computer science, IT, computer engineering, MIS, or mathematics, with a Master's degree in these fields being preferred. Consulting experience is highly desirable, as is working experience with onsite and offshore delivery models. Engaging with business partners and IT to drive design, programming execution, and UAT for future state capabilities within the platform is also valued. Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines, alongside a good understanding of outsourcing and offshoring strategies, will further strengthen your candidacy.
