This role focuses on our Zuora Billing practice, where you will be instrumental in the growth of a new service offering. We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our leadership group, leveraging expertise in Oracle Tech Architecture and Middleware alongside Zuora Billing.

Collaborate with diverse EY teams to pursue and deliver cutting-edge technology engagements that bring client visions to life. Key responsibilities include: - Developing solution designs utilizing the full Zuora Billing product portfolio. - Validating proposed solution architectures against business requirements. - Reviewing technical deliverables to ensure adherence to architecture standards and best practices. - Articulating different technological viewpoints and presenting architecture deliverables like ecosystem diagrams, ERDs, and business process flows. - Demonstrating strong executive presence and effectively communicating with project sponsors and end-users. - Providing expert services to Billing Partners.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree with 8-16 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in consulting and 2 years in project management leadership. A strong foundation in Quote-to-Cash within the Billing area is essential.

Key qualifications include: - Enterprise-level experience as a Solution Architect or Business Consultant, delivering complex ERP, billing, revenue, procurement, and/or CRM solutions. - Demonstrated leadership in guiding business discussions and architecting solution value. - Proficiency in requirements gathering, use case documentation, business analysis, systems design, integration, and user interface implementation. - Experience in data analysis, conversion, migration, interfaces, and reporting. - Expertise in gap analysis, blueprint development, and system design through configuration, customization, integration, testing, and support. - Proven ability to deliver end-to-end solutions across the entire SDLC, including client workshops, design, build, test, deployment, UAT, and handover. - Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies. - Exceptional team player with excellent business and technical communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively in a diverse, distributed team. - Experience with accounting principles and ability to converse with Finance teams; experience with technical accounting and IFRS/ASC 606 is a plus. - Skill in managing tasks across multiple projects concurrently.
