Identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables through technical design and implementation. Provide technical solutions by identifying root causes and implementing necessary changes. Contribute to process improvements and deliver Proofs of Concept (PoCs). Mentor team members and implement best practices following the development lifecycle process.

Key responsibilities include developing reusable assets and components, ensuring robust technical solutions, and driving continuous improvement in project delivery. You will also be involved in gathering requirements and creating essential design and deployment documentation.

A minimum of 3 years of technical experience is required, with at least 2 years focused on end-to-end Oracle EBS implementations. Possess excellent Oracle technical skills, particularly in building complex RICE components using PL/SQL and SQL.

Proficiency in Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, and Oracle RDBMS 10g is essential. Experience with data migration, integrating Oracle modules with third-party applications, and using webservices/REST services for integrations is also necessary.

Demonstrated ability to collect requirements, develop high-level and low-level design documents, and manage deployments is expected. Familiarity with Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies is beneficial, as are strong written and verbal communication skills. Awareness of SOA and experience in a CMMI environment are advantageous.
