Collaborate with clients to understand and address business challenges, contributing to client deliverables. Design, develop, and implement reusable technical assets and components. Identify root causes of technical issues and provide effective solutions. Drive process improvements and contribute to best practices within the development lifecycle. Deliver Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and mentor team members. Ensure adherence to development lifecycle processes.

We seek an Oracle EBS Technical Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of experience, including at least 2 years in end-to-end implementations. Essential technical skills include proficiency in SQL, PLSQL, and developing RICE components within Oracle EBS. Expertise in Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow, and Oracle RDBMS 10g is required. Experience with data migration, third-party application integration, and web services/REST services is crucial. The ability to collect requirements and create design documents is vital. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. Experience with CMMI, Agile scrum, or waterfall methodologies is advantageous. Any Oracle certification is a significant plus.
