Spearhead Oracle EBS and Cloud implementation practices globally, ensuring effective client solutions and business growth. You will direct business operations and consulting resources to assist clients in implementing Oracle EBS and Cloud solutions, driving new opportunities and operational efficiencies.

This role involves interacting with executive levels, managing business risks, and ensuring the quality of delivery by consultants within their engagements.

Manage team and business operations, including people and delivery management, and sales enablement. Oversee staff augmentation projects, ensuring business goals, budgets, and quality of delivery are met.

Direct global Oracle EBS and Cloud implementation practices, focusing on client solutions and business growth. Develop new customer acquisition strategies and implement operational policies for consistency.

Assess and manage business risks to achieve overall business objectives. Interact with executive levels internally and externally on matters influencing policies and strategies.

Require 8-16 years of experience, including 5 years in consulting and 2 years of project management leadership. Must possess 5+ ERP implementations (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle R12) and experience leading at least 3 full-cycle implementations.

Demonstrate excellent Oracle technical skills in SQL, PL/SQL, and RICE components. Proficiency in Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, and RDBMS 10g is essential. Experience with data migration and integration with third-party applications is required.

Experience in managing functional, technical solutions, and reporting is crucial. You should have experience in functional specifications, OTBI reports and analytics, and BI Publisher configuration. Knowledge of VBCS, Workflows, OAF, and OIC is beneficial.

Proven experience as a senior resource defining systems strategy, gathering requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, and leading CRPs. Experience in reporting to client contacts, managing teams (on-site, off-site, and offshore), and developing executive-level relationships is highly desirable.
