As an Oracle EBS Technical Manager, you will lead a team and manage business operations within your area, focusing on people and delivery management, alongside sales enablement. This role involves overseeing staff augmentation projects and ensuring the successful implementation of Oracle EBS and Cloud solutions for clients worldwide.

This position is based in India and directs business operations and consulting resources for Oracle EBS and Cloud implementations. You will actively seek opportunities to expand our customer base and implement operational policies to drive consistency and achieve business strategy. Collaboration with executive levels internally and externally will be key, along with proactive risk assessment to support overall business goals.

Key responsibilities include managing a practice across people management, portfolio/delivery management, and sales enablement. You will have profit and loss responsibility, managing financial and expense aspects of the practice. Accountable for operational, financial, and people metrics, you will ensure profitable growth, quality of consulting delivery, and maintain customer reference ability.

Develop strategies and plans to successfully implement operational policies and achieve business objectives. You will typically manage multiple senior/staff individual contributors, resolve staffing issues in complex engagements, and may serve as an advisor or project sponsor. Experience with Oracle EBS and Cloud implementations, strong technical skills in SQL, PL/SQL, and RICE components are essential, along with proficiency in Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, and RDBMS.

We seek candidates with 8-16 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in consulting and 2 years of project management leadership. A strong functional background with 5+ ERP implementations, including at least 3 full-cycle implementations as a senior team member, team lead, or Project Manager, is required.

Excellent Oracle technical skills are a must, with the ability to build complex RICE components using PL/SQL and SQL. Experience with functional specifications, OTBI reports, analytics, and BI Publisher template configuration is necessary. A minimum of 8 years implementing Oracle EBS or Cloud applications is required. Experience reporting to client contacts, managing on- and off-site teams, and Big-4/Consulting experience are highly desirable. The ability to develop and maintain executive-level relationships is also a key attribute.
