You'll drive business operations and consulting, guiding clients through Oracle EBS and Cloud solutions while fostering expansion and operational excellence.

This role focuses on directing business operations and consulting resources for Oracle EBS and Cloud implementations. You will be instrumental in developing new business opportunities and enhancing customer reach. Key responsibilities include creating and implementing operational policies, interacting with executive stakeholders, and managing business risks to achieve strategic goals.

Manage teams and business operations, focusing on people, delivery, and sales enablement. Oversee staff augmentation projects and ensure fulfillment of business goals, budgets, and quality standards. Direct global Oracle EBS and Cloud implementation practices, managing business operations and consulting resources.

Develop strategies for expanding the customer base and implement operational policies for consistency and business strategy achievement. Manage executive-level interactions, assess business risks, and ensure the quality of consulting delivery. Lead the practice's core pillars: people management, portfolio/delivery management, and sales enablement, often with P&L responsibility.

This role requires 8-16 years of experience, including 5 years in consulting and 2 years of project management leadership. A functional professional with at least 5 ERP implementations and experience as a senior team member, team lead, or Project Manager on 3+ full-cycle implementations is essential.

Possess excellent Oracle technical skills, including proficiency in PL/SQL and SQL for complex RICE components. Experience with functional specifications, OTBI reports, analytics, and BI Publisher templates is required. Experience in implementing Oracle EBS or Cloud applications for a minimum of 8 years is expected. Experience reporting to clients and managing teams, including offshore resources, is also key. Big-4 or consulting experience is highly desirable.
