As an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant, you will be instrumental in understanding business requirements and technical specifications. Your role involves collaborating with clients to identify and address business challenges, contributing to client deliverables with technical designs, and implementing reusable assets and components.

You will be responsible for identifying root causes of issues and providing effective technical solutions. Additionally, you will contribute to process reviews and improvements, deliver Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and mentor team members. A key aspect of this role is implementing best practices and adhering to the development lifecycle process.

We are seeking an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with a minimum of 4 years of experience, including at least 2 years of end-to-end implementation experience. You should possess strong technical proficiency in SQL, PLSQL, and developing RICE components within an Oracle Fusion environment.

Essential skills include expertise in BI Publisher and OTBI Reports, writing HCM Extracts, and preparing HDL files for data loading. Proficiency in writing Fast Formulas is also required. Experience with Data Migration and integrating Oracle Fusion HCM with third-party applications is crucial. You should also have experience creating HCM Extensions and possess knowledge of the Core HR module.

Familiarity with integrations using web services/REST Services is necessary, along with a willingness to learn and work on new technologies. The ability to collect requirements, build high-level and low-level design documents, and manage deployments is essential. While not mandatory, multi-domain expertise and knowledge of other integration tools are advantageous. Knowledge of Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills, is expected. Any Oracle Certification is considered a significant advantage.
