As an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into technical solutions. Your responsibilities will include technical design, identification and implementation of reusable components, root cause analysis, and the delivery of technical solutions. You will also contribute to process reviews and improvements, mentor team members, and implement best practices following the development lifecycle. This role involves delivering Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and ensuring adherence to development standards.

We are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of technical experience, including a minimum of 2 years in end-to-end implementations. Essential technical skills include proficiency in SQL, PLSQL, and developing RICE components within Oracle Fusion HCM. Expertise in BI Publisher, OTBI Reports, HCM Extracts, and HDL files for data loading is crucial. You should also be adept at writing Fast Formulas, handling data migration, and integrating Oracle Fusion HCM with third-party applications using web services and REST services. Experience with Core HR module, HCM Extensions, and a willingness to learn new technologies are required. Strong communication skills and the ability to create design documents are also important.
