This role seeks an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with a minimum of 4 years of experience, adept at understanding business requirements and technical specifications.

Collaborate with clients to define business challenges and contribute to project deliverables.

Design, implement, and identify reusable technical assets and components.

Analyze and resolve root causes, providing effective technical solutions and implementations.

Contribute to process reviews and improvements.

Deliver Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and mentor team members.

Adhere to best practices and follow the established development lifecycle process.

A minimum of 4 years of technical experience is essential, with at least 2 years focused on end-to-end implementations.

Proficiency in Oracle technical skills, including building HCM Extracts and HCM Data Loader files, is mandatory.

Demonstrated experience with OIC utilizing webservices/REST Services is required.

Expertise in functional specifications, OTBI reports and analytics, and configuring Oracle templates in BI Publisher is a must.

Solid experience with Oracle Core HR and Payroll modules is necessary.

Strong communication skills are crucial for discussing technical and functional issues/solutions with executives, support teams, and customer personnel, especially in escalated situations.

Experience in creating high-level and low-level design documents, as well as deployment documents, is expected.
