This senior role within EY GDS offers the opportunity to manage complex projects and develop next-generation delivery excellence platforms. You'll engage with international stakeholders and industry leaders, applying advanced quality models to implement innovative delivery solutions.

Lead middleware solution delivery teams, collaborating with offshore, client, and onsite personnel. Provide enterprise system integration solutions using diverse middleware platforms.

Gather business requirements through user and functional consultant sessions, creating technical design documentation. Analyze current designs and develop future-state integration architectures. Partner with clients to identify business challenges and refine data for client deliverables.

Ensure optimal technical solutions across the entire lifecycle, from design and development to operational service and ongoing enhancements. Support business users during CRPs, SITs, and UATs. Implement integration best practices, conduct training, and mentor team members.

Conduct project assessments for end-to-end analysis of scope, scale, deliverables, objectives, and impacts. Provide support for incident resolution within prescribed SLAs. Be prepared to work in shifts and travel onsite as needed for client engagements. Participate actively in the business sales cycle.

A minimum of 7.5 to 8 years of hands-on experience with Boomi is essential. Proven experience leading teams in at least three distinct client-facing engagements is required.

Possess strong acumen and insight into Boomi-led architecture. Knowledge of Boomi Admin setup and license cost estimations is advantageous. Experience with the API Management module, including Boomi gateway, broker, IDP, developer portal, plans, and subscription, is a significant plus.

Demonstrate sound design knowledge of various Integration Patterns (File/Batch/real-time) and a solid understanding of Web Service fundamentals. Familiarity with Boomi's alerts and events framework is beneficial. Experience with a broad range of Boomi connectors, including Disk, FTP, Mail, Databases (Microsoft SQL, Oracle), Web services listener, Atom Queue, HTTP client, and REST clients, is expected.

Experience integrating large enterprise applications such as ERP systems (Oracle, SAP), CRM systems (Siebel), and Salesforce is necessary. Proficiency in various Web Services technologies, including RESTFUL APIs (XML, JSON), SOAP APIs, SOA, SFTP/PGP/SSL, and Microservices, is a must.

Understand cloud-based architecture principles (SaaS, PaaS, multi-tiered) and possess good knowledge of code migration via CI/CD pipelines. A strong grasp of schema design for various profiles (EDI, JSON, database) is required. Experience with Technology and Application adaptors (File, FTP/SFTP, DB, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce) is important.

Good knowledge of Java/Groovy and JavaScript is necessary. Extensive understanding of ANSI and EDIFACT EDI standards, along with strong comprehension of security protocols like Basic, OAuth, and Client Certificate, is required. Experience in an onsite-offshore delivery model and a CMMI environment is a plus.

Ability to define appropriate approaches and processing mechanisms for API implementation, message routing, content enrichment, filtering, transformation, guaranteed delivery, DLQ handling, message sequencing, batch processing, error handling, and compensation mechanisms is crucial. Strong documentation skills for Integration Solution Architectures are valued. Familiarity with Agile scrum and waterfall methodologies is expected. Boomi Professional Developer or Boomi Professional Architect certification is mandatory.

Success requires strong communication and collaboration skills with business delivery teams, analytical thinking, and a self-starter attitude. The ability to create quality process documentation and maintain an organized, detail-oriented approach is key. A college degree in a related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science) is a prerequisite, along with at least 7.5 years of experience as a quality consultant in Software Delivery Excellence. Knowledge of Quality Process & Improvement tools, risk management, and customer escalations is essential. The ability to interact across different organizational layers is also required.
