Engage in requirements gathering and documentation using methodologies like AIM or OUM. Maintain and enhance Oracle Cloud SCM modules, conduct client readiness programs (CRPs), and participate in design reviews. Map client needs to Oracle Cloud SCM modules and interpret functional requirements to deliver robust offshore solutions. You will be instrumental in solution design, functional fit-gap analysis, training delivery, and user assistance during SITs and UATs, ensuring high-quality deliverables and supporting the Project Management Office (PMO).

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules is required, with at least 2 years dedicated to implementation across modules such as Inventory, Procurement, Purchasing, Costing, Warehouse Management, and Order Management. Experience in a client-facing role, with solution design, and drafting functional specifications is essential. Proficiency in application configuration, test case preparation, and execution is expected. Strong communication and customer handling skills are crucial, along with the ability to mentor team members and work effectively under pressure. Excellent organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills are necessary. A valid passport and willingness to travel for client site work are mandatory.
