This role focuses on Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, a critical area for our clients' operations. You will be part of a market-leading, multi-disciplinary team of over 250 professionals, working within an integrated global transaction business.

Gather and document client requirements using established methodologies like AIM or OUM. Maintain and enhance Oracle Cloud SCM modules, ensuring smooth operation and continuous improvement. Lead and participate in Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions, design reviews, and functional discussions.

Map client needs to Oracle Cloud SCM module capabilities, interpreting functional requirements to deliver robust offshore solutions. Take ownership of solution design, conduct fit-gap analyses, and facilitate training and testing sessions. Support business users during CRPs, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), while preparing quality deliverables and test scripts.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules is essential, with at least 2 years of implementation experience. Expertise spans Inventory Management, Responsive Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory, Costing, Warehouse Management, and Order Management.

Demonstrated client-facing experience and proficiency in solution design, drafting functional specifications, and driving solutions are key. Experience with Oracle EBS is advantageous. Strong communication, customer handling, and team leadership skills are vital. The ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and apply analytical and problem-solving skills is expected.
