Lead requirements gathering and documentation using prescribed methodologies like AIM or OUM. Implement at least 8 Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including Product Management, Procurement, Order Management & Pricing, Inventory & Costing, Oracle Manufacturing Cloud, and Supply Chain Planning Cloud.

Conduct CRP sessions, participate in design reviews, and map business requirements to Oracle Fusion SCM modules. Independently deliver solutions from offshore, design module-specific solutions in an integrated environment, and manage solution design, functional fit-gap analysis, training, and testing. Assist business during CRP, SIT, and UAT, prepare high-quality deliverables, documentation, and test scripts, and conduct user and internal team trainings. Support the PMO with documentation and status reporting.

Possess 8-12 years of experience in Oracle Cloud SCM, with preferred experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) SCM (2-3 years) covering modules like Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, BOM/WIP, Costing, or WMS. You should have successfully completed at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations and have client-facing experience.

Demonstrate strong exposure to integration, data conversion, and co-existence scenarios between EBS and Fusion. Expertise in solution design, preparing functional specifications, and driving end-to-end delivery is essential. Hands-on experience in application configuration, test case preparation, and execution is also required.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills to translate requirements into detailed design documents, proficiency in structured documentation methodologies (OUM), and excellent customer handling skills. The ability to lead and mentor teams, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and possess strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills is key. You should be a quick learner, a team player with strong collaboration abilities, and willing to travel for client site work. A valid passport is mandatory.
