Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on expertise. This role focuses on supporting Oracle Fusion implementation, enhancement, and support projects, leveraging deep knowledge across Order Management (OM), Manufacturing, and Cost Management modules.

Drive Oracle Fusion SCM implementations, enhancements, and ongoing support engagements. Provide expert functional guidance on Order Management, Manufacturing, and Cost Management modules. Analyze and document business requirements, conduct fit-gap analyses, and design optimal Oracle best-practice solutions. Configure Oracle Fusion modules, manage SIT/UAT cycles, and support deployments and post-production activities. Troubleshoot production issues and complex SCM business scenarios, ensuring seamless operations. Facilitate client workshops and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Requires 8+ years of extensive functional experience with Oracle Fusion SCM, specifically in Order Management (OM), Manufacturing, and Cost Management. Must possess a strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash and Manufacturing business processes, along with hands-on configuration experience in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and Cost Accounting. Proficiency in Order Management configuration, including order orchestration and exception handling, is essential. Familiarity with integrations across various SCM and Financial modules is expected. Experience with the full lifecycle of Oracle Fusion implementations, from requirement gathering to post-production support, is crucial. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are mandatory for this role.
