The Oracle Reporting Tech Developer will implement and support Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, focusing on OTBI and BIPublisher. Key responsibilities include developing and fine-tuning reporting models, leveraging expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules like Global HR and Payroll, and contributing to full lifecycle implementation projects.

This role also involves architecting Oracle Cloud HCM transformations, presenting solutions to clients, and planning product selection assessments. You will guide design and development of key assets within the HCM space, making decisions that significantly impact project outcomes.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation or support. An expert understanding of the Oracle Cloud HCM product suite, Human Resource end-to-end business flows, and specific modules such as Global HR and Payroll is essential.

Proven experience in at least two full lifecycle implementation projects as an Oracle Cloud HCM owner is required. Proficiency in developing and optimizing estimating models, along with expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM business processes across various industries, is crucial. An advanced understanding of the Oracle Cloud ERP solution is also beneficial.
