We are seeking an individual adept at overseeing all facets of project execution, ensuring seamless delivery of enterprise-level Oracle solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in driving business value and achieving strategic objectives through effective program management.

Your core responsibilities will encompass driving project initiation, detailed requirement discussions, and solution reviews. You will be instrumental in project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, and proactive risk management.

Effectively manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies. You will also be responsible for issue resolution, escalation management, and maintaining clear communication channels with all stakeholders. This includes coordinating with business leaders, architects, functional and technical teams, and external vendors.

A minimum of 11-14 years of IT experience is required, with a significant portion dedicated to managing Oracle ERP/Fusion Cloud implementations. You should possess a strong track record in delivering end-to-end Oracle Cloud projects across various modules such as Finance, SCM, HCM, and EPM.

Experience with multiple full lifecycle Oracle projects (Implementation, Rollouts, Upgrades, Enhancements, Support) is essential. Familiarity with onsite-offshore delivery models, global teams, and project methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid is also a key requirement. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are paramount.
