Lead end-to-end Oracle PCMCS implementation, enhancement, and support projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. Drive solution design, application configuration, rule development, testing, and deployment. Partner with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable cost management solutions.

Design and implement cost allocation models, profitability calculations, and driver-based allocations. Oversee integrations between PCMCS and other enterprise systems like Oracle ERP Cloud, FCCS, and EPBCS. Manage project plans, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and client communications. Mentor technical teams and promote EPM best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial planning and reporting. Support pre-sales activities, including effort estimation and proposal development. Contribute to practice-building initiatives and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

We are seeking candidates with 2-3 years of experience in Oracle EPM, with a strong focus on Oracle PCMCS. Proven experience leading full lifecycle Oracle PCMCS implementations and support engagements is essential. A solid understanding of cost allocation methodologies, profitability analysis, and financial reporting is required.

Hands-on experience with PCMCS rule development, calculations, allocations, data integration, and reporting is crucial. Experience integrating PCMCS with Oracle ERP Cloud, General Ledger, FCCS, and EPBCS is highly desirable. Strong project management, leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills are key.
