We are seeking a seasoned EPM Consultant specializing in Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS). With 4-6 years of hands-on experience, you will lead the implementation, configuration, and support of EPBCS solutions. This role is crucial in partnering with business stakeholders to craft and deliver robust planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting capabilities, ensuring seamless integration with overarching business objectives.

Key responsibilities include designing and developing comprehensive EPBCS solutions for planning, budgeting, and forecasting. You will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring planning applications, business rules, forms, and reports within EPBCS. Developing efficient data integration processes, creating calculation scripts, reports, and integrating EPBCS with other enterprise systems are also core functions. Additionally, you will conduct thorough system testing, provide production support, resolve defects, and prepare essential technical documentation, including end-user training materials.

The ideal candidate possesses 4-6 years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, specifically EPBCS, with proven expertise in end-to-end implementation and support. Essential technical skills include hands-on experience with Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Workforce, Capital, and Financial modules, alongside Groovy scripting, Calculation Manager, Smart View, and Data Management. A strong understanding of Finance, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, coupled with excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities, is required.
