We are seeking an experienced professional to lead customer deliverables, conduct complex problem analysis, and drive solution alignment with strategic business goals. Your expertise will be invaluable in client presentations, acting as a technical authority and executive presence.

- Serve as a trusted advisor and technical expert, shaping customer guidance and leading complex pre-sales activities. - Define and execute organization-wide and customer-specific optimizations, such as automation and process streamlining. - Collaborate with external partners to ensure optimal solution design, implementation, and adherence to best practices for technology deployment. - Act as an expert point of contact for critical technical and process issues, providing proactive and reactive technical assistance. - Assist customers with complex software updates, upgrades, change management, and incident remediation. - Perform thorough technical root cause investigations for new and complex customer issues. - Educate and mentor junior engineers on product features, upgrades, and best practices for technology deployment. - Lead the creation and maintenance of customer deliverables, including SOPs and documentation. - Drive cross-functional alignment among internal and external stakeholders to achieve technology strategy and business goals. - Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and facilitate networking.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant technical role. - Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and related PaaS solutions. - Strong understanding of Autonomous Database, Enterprise Integration PaaS, and SaaS Application Development. - Demonstrated ability in Integration Architecture, Integration Patterns, and Performance Tuning. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. - Experience in handling escalated calls and performing complex problem analysis. - Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
