NTT is seeking a proficient Oracle Middleware WebLogic/SOA and Oracle Database Administrator to oversee and optimize applications within non-production and production environments. This hybrid role requires end-to-end administration of Oracle Fusion Middleware SOA/WebLogic applications, ensuring high availability, robust security, and peak performance across development, testing, and production setups.

Key responsibilities include installing, configuring, and supporting Oracle WebLogic server environments and Fusion Middleware stacks. You will manage application environment upgrades, apply security patches, and refresh technology stacks. This role involves supporting OIPA and JAVA applications, managing middle-tier certificates, and administering SSL configurations. Troubleshooting complex issues related to application configuration, JVM tuning, and server workloads is crucial. You will also perform WebLogic, OIPA, and SOA upgrades, collaborate with internal and external teams for environment management and network support, and assist developers with code deployments and performance tuning. Developing and maintaining shell and SQL scripts for task automation, managing code migrations, and troubleshooting integrations across SOA/MuleSoft and custom applications are also key duties.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Middleware administrator and 3+ years as an Oracle Application DBA are required. Deep understanding of WebLogic Server architecture, domain configuration, monitoring, and middle-tier certificate management is essential. Extensive experience (5+ years) managing middleware applications on Linux, preferably Oracle Linux, is expected. Proven proficiency with Oracle RAC, Grid Infrastructure, ASM, Data Guard, and RMAN is necessary. Experience with Oracle Insurance Policy Administration is considered a valuable asset.
