Seeking an experienced Oracle JD Edwards Senior CNC Consultant to drive JDE solutions and process enhancements. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients in adopting JDE CNC best practices. The role involves creating technical specifications, solution designs, and ensuring project delivery through support documentation and training assistance.

This position also supports pre-sales activities by contributing to proposals, SOWs, and high-level estimates. You will be responsible for performing JDE installs, upgrades, and data center migrations, ensuring optimal system performance, availability, and security through expert configuration and maintenance.

Collaborate with customers and Accenture consultants to define JDE solutions and process improvements that align with business requirements. Serve as a key advisor, helping clients implement JDE CNC best practices. Develop comprehensive technical specifications, solution designs, and test plans, providing training and support documentation for project success. Assist pre-sales teams with proposal development, Statement of Work (SOW) creation, and high-level project estimates. Execute JDE installations, upgrades, and data center migrations according to project needs. Configure and maintain JDE systems, servers, and related processes to guarantee superior performance, availability, and security. Foster strong working relationships with consultants, client staff, and third-party experts. Lead and participate in client-facing and internal meetings as required. Adhere to Accenture's methodologies, company policies, and industry-leading practices. Apply hands-on JDE configuration expertise to drive projects forward. Provide post-go-live support, including hypercare, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

A minimum of 8 years of experience with the JDE Platform is essential, alongside expertise in at least one of the following: DB Layer (Oracle, Microsoft SQL, DB2), OS Layer (Windows, Linux, AS400), or Web Layer (WebLogic Server, WebSphere).

Possess 8+ years of CNC experience covering areas such as JDE Installs/Upgrades/Configuration/Platform Migrations, Performance Tuning, Clustering, Load Balancing, Disaster Recovery (DR), High Availability (HA), Tools Release Upgrades, and Multi-Foundation configuration.

Demonstrated exposure to installation, configuration, or support for JDE modules including AIS, BSSV, BIP, RTE, IOT, UX One, LDAP, and SSO.

Proven experience in performance tuning and platform optimization.

Proficiency in OS scripting and running JDE data and object migrations.

Solid understanding of industry best practices and standards, including ITIL.

Possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to independently develop solutions and collaborate effectively in team settings.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to engage diverse stakeholders.

A Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related technology field is required.

Prior consulting experience is highly valued.

Experience with major Cloud platforms (AWS, OCI, Azure, Google) for at least 2 years.

Exposure to multiple JDE Releases (XE, 9.0, 9.1, 9.2).

Flexibility to travel occasionally to client locations.
